Shipping

We currently ship patterns to retail customers in the United States and Canada only. (International customers: visit our stockists list for mail order options options closer to home!)

We ship patterns to wholesale customers both in the US and internationally. If you would like to place an order for your shop to ship to an address outside the US or Canada, please contact us with the quantities of each pattern you'd like to order, and we'll send you a shipping estimate. 

US Shipping Rates

Shipping rates for printed pattern orders to addresses in the United States are as follows:

$4 for orders up to $20

$5 for orders $21-$50

$6 for orders $51-$200

Free for orders $200 and above.

Shipping Rates to Canada

$20 for orders up to $40

$30 for orders $41 to $100

$40 for orders $101 to $250 (wholesale minimum order is 10 patterns)

 

Please input your shipping address carefully. If the package is returned undeliverable at the mistake of the customer, the package can be resent at the customer's expense to another address. If the package is returned due to an error by us, the package will be resent to the customer at our expense.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that downloadable PDF patterns are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, a print (paper) pattern order must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and received less than 30 days after delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us  and we will respond with instructions for how to proceed with the exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at rae.made@gmail.com.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping a purchase over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
